Funclave ("we," "our," or "the Company") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, retain, and destroy your information.

The Company collects only the minimum amount of information necessary to provide, optimize, and support our services.

Data Retention, Destruction, and Right to Request Deletion (Google Play Policy Compliance)

• Destruction Procedure: Personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of its collection and use has been achieved. Data stored in electronic file formats is permanently deleted using technical methods that prevent record recovery.
• Right to Request Data Deletion (Account Deletion): Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal information and the termination of their account at any time. If you wish to delete your data, please contact our customer support via email at cs@funclave.net. Upon verification, we will permanently and safely destroy your data without delay.

Protection of Minors (Children)

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 14 (or the minimum age required by local law). If we discover that personal information of a child under 14 has been inadvertently collected, we will take immediate measures to permanently delete such data from our systems.

2. Terms of Service

Article 1 (Use of Service and Restrictions)

• Users are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the application without the prior written consent of the Company.
• The service must be used in a standard operating system environment. The Company shall not be held liable for any system errors, security issues, or disadvantages arising from unauthorized device modifications (e.g., rooting, jailbreaking).

Article 2 (In-App Purchases and Subscription Cancellation/Refunds)

• 7-Day Refund Policy: Users may request a cancellation of purchase and a refund for purchased paid content within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
• Refund Restrictions: In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, refunds may be restricted for certain contents, such as consumable items that are used or applied immediately upon purchase.
• Refund Procedure: Refunds for in-app purchases are processed in accordance with applicable laws and the policies of the respective app stores. Requests can be submitted through the customer support of the respective store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) as well as the Company’s customer support center (cs@funclave.net).

Article 3 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company shall not be held liable for any damages caused by force majeure, natural disasters, unpredictable network instability, device battery depletion, or the user's negligence in managing their own device.

2. 이용약관 (서비스 약관)

제1조 (서비스 이용 및 제한)

• 사용자는 회사의 사전 허가 없이 애플리케이션을 복사, 수정, 역컴파일하거나 소스 코드를 추출하는 행위를 할 수 없습니다.
• 본 서비스는 제조사가 제공하는 표준 운영체제 환경에서 이용해야 합니다. 기기 변조(예: 루팅, 탈옥 등)로 인해 발생하는 시스템 오류, 보안 문제 및 불이익은 사용자 본인에게 책임이 있습니다.

제2조 (인앱 구매 및 청약철회/환불)

• 7일 환불 정책: 사용자는 유료 콘텐츠를 구매한 날로부터 7일 이내에 청약철회(환불)를 요청할 수 있습니다.
• 환불 제한 사항: 관련 법령에 따라 구매 즉시 효력이 발생하거나 소모되는 아이템 등 일부 콘텐츠는 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다.
• 환불 절차: 인앱 결제 건의 환불은 해당 스토어(Google Play 스토어 또는 Apple App Store)의 고객센터 및 당사 고객 지원 센터(cs@funclave.net)를 통해 관련 법령 및 스토어 정책에 따라 처리됩니다.

제3조 (책임의 제한)

당사는 천재지변, 불가항력적인 네트워크 불안정, 기기 배터리 방전 또는 사용자의 기기 관리 부주의로 인해 발생한 손해에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
